Optimizing biofilm inhibitors: Balancing activity and toxicity in 2N-aminated 5-aryl-2-aminoimidazoles

We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest research in the February issue of Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry. In this study, we explored the effect of amination on the 5-aryl-2-aminoimidazole scaffold. Following this, we conducted an in-depth structure–activity–toxicity relationship study on the most promising aminated derivatives. The full article is available online.
