BSM symposium 2026

At this annual symposium in Brussels, the Belgian microbiology community gathers to share recent research and exchange ideas. Ines C. presented the work of Sybren V.G. on the antimicrobial activity of Lactobacillus probiotics against wound pathogens, and was honoured with the Best Oral Presentation Award. Charles Blaton, Raoul Craeymeersch, Lionel Dehaemers, Ines Thiers and Lauren Van de Vliet each participated with a poster.
